Belcaro, named after the grand mansion of Lawrence C. Phipps, a United States Senator from 1919 to 1931, draws its flag’s inspiration from the mansion’s architectural features. The distinctive window pattern and the rich red brick facade of the Belcaro mansion serve as the foundation for this design, paying homage to the historical and aesthetic legacy of this prestigious estate.
