Central Business District

This neighborhood is the heart of the city's financial, commercial, and entertainment scene, while also serving as a vibrant cultural hub anchored by the Performing Arts Center. With the addition of new residential buildings, it has evolved into a dynamic, 24-hour community.

The flag draws inspiration from the iconic design of the 16th Street Mall, envisioned by renowned architect I.M. Pei. Its pattern and colors pay tribute to the mall’s origins, reflecting the intricate motifs of a Navajo rug and the bold imagery of a diamondback rattlesnake. This design captures the neighborhood’s blend of modern urban energy and deep cultural heritage, symbolizing its ever-evolving identity.
